Catherine Barrera is an Austin based Illustrator. Daughter of Mexican immigrants, her travels between The United States and Mexico have greatly influenced her art.

Her love for anime and cartoons sparked her interest in drawing at a young age leading to painting and finally settling into the digital world of art. Her art has been used by various venues around Austin and in 2023 was nominated for best poster artist in the Austin Music Awards.
